We offer a full reimbursement or exchange guarantee for purchases made on our website. You are eligible for a full reimbursement or exchange within 3 calendar days of shipment being received.
We only accept unwashed, unworn garments. All items must have original packaging still in tact. Exchanges are available on most products, but we cannot guarantee exchanges are available.
After the 3 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days after their purchase is received to ensure product is exactly what you expected.
Please be aware that sale items, promo items and box sale items are exempt from reimbursement or exchange.
